O Google está chamando a atenção para linguagens de programação para crianças com o doodle de hoje—aquela animação especial que fica na página inicial do Google.
Hoje, quem entra na página inicial do buscador vê um jogo especial que usa princípios da lógica da programação. O objetivo é esquentar o debate sobre aprendizagem de linguagens de programação por parte de crianças.
Ao clicar na tela, o usuário deve usar comandos para ajudar um coelhinho a coletar cenouras. O princípio é o mesmo usado no início da aprendizagem da programação a crianças, uma vez que ajuda a compreender a base da lógica de programação.
A data foi escolhida por conta da comemoração de 50 anos de linguagens de programação voltadas a crianças.
Entre ferramentas voltadas para o ensino de programação a crianças se destacam soluções como “Logo” e “Scratch”.
