Jogos que foram destaque no Geek City 2017 são indicados para um dos maiores prêmios da indústria.
Essa terça-feira (14), marcou o anúncio da lista de indicados para o The Game Awards, uma das mais importantes premiações da indústria dos games. Entre os indicados a jogo do ano aparecem The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild e Super Mario Odyssey, além de Horizon: Zero Dawn, Persona 5 e a surpresa PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds. Jogos como Overwatch, Destiny 2 e GTA Online também ganham destaque na nova categoria “melhor jogo contínuo”, que premia games focados em temporadas ou eSports, que seguem recebendo updates após o lançamento.
League of Legends e Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, que marcaram o final de semana na Arena Geek City by ESL também concorrem na categoria Melhor jogo de eSports.
Quem testou o Project CARS 2 no Motion Sphere durante o Geek City 2017 pode ter jogado o melhor game esportivo de corrida do ano. A cerimônia do The Game Awards acontecerá no dia 7 de dezembro, às 21h30 (horário de Brasília) e será transmitida ao vivo pelo New Game Plus (link: http://gaming.youtube.com/ngameplus).
