Com vendas em queda, tablets ficam mais baratos no Brasil

As vendas de tablet estão em queda no Brasil, e a principal consequência disso é uma diminuição no preço médio dos dispositivos. É isso o que diz um estudo divulgado pela consultoria IDC sobre as vendas de tablets no país durante o terceiro trimestre do ano.

Entre julho e setembro de 2017, foram vendidos 1,02 milhão de tablets no Brasil inteiro. O número representa uma queda de 3% em relação às 1,05 milhão de unidades comercializadas no mesmo período de 2016.

Além do menor volume de tablets, o preço médio deles também caiu: no ano passado eles custavam, em média, R$ 488, enquanto em 2017 o valor médio era de R$ 472. Como consequência, a receita total do setor foi de R$ 485 milhões, 6% menos do que o mesmo período de 2016.

Para os três meses finais do ano, a IDC prevê que 1,18 milhão de tablets vão ser vendidos no país, e a movimentação deve ser próxima de R$ 600 milhões.
