O ano mal começou e as especulações de mercado já estão a todo vapor. Depois da Disney anunciar a compra de parte da 21st Century Fox, chegou a vez a Apple estudar sua entrada no mercado do entretenimento através da compra da Netflix.

Entenda o caso
Segundo o Business Insider, os analistas de mercado da CITI Research (empresa do CitiGroup) avaliaram uma série de critérios como: dinheiro em caixa, possibilidades de crescimento financeiro, valor de ações, e concluíram que a Apple tem o maior poder de negociação para adquirir ou propor uma fusão com a gigante do serviço de streaming.
Além do desejo de se inserir no mercado do entretenimento, a Apple repatriaria cerca de US$ 220 bilhões, através da nova política de repatriação financeira de Donald Trump, que reduziu as taxas com essa intenção.

Vale ressaltar que esses dados foram obtidos através de um estudo que aponta a tendência do mercado futuro. Até o presente momento não temos nenhuma informação oficial vinda de ambas as empresas. Porém, é preciso destacar que o mesmo estudo foi feito num passado recente, que apontou a compra da 21st Century Fox pela Disney. Portanto, credibilidade eles têm, só nos resta esperar pra ver se as empresas iniciarão uma negociação ou o tema morrerá no campo da especulação financeira.
